We want you to feel great in your shoes. That’s why every pair comes with our 30-Day Perfect Fit, Money-back Guarantee. Provided they are in unused and unworn condition. We’re committed to getting it right!

Easy Exchanges & Returns

1. Contact Us:

Email us at Info@mojo-footwear.com to get started. Be sure to include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Details of your request (exchange or return)

2. Instructions: Our team will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address.

3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original or similar protective packaging.

4. Shipping: Send the item(s) to our nearest warehouse using a trackable and insured shipping method at your expense.

5. Proof: Provide proof of return with a picture of your shipping receipt provided by the courier. Once we receive and verify the item(s) are unused and unworn, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

Need a different size?

Send the item(s) to our nearest warehouse (US, UK or EU) using a trackable and insured shipping method at your expense.

We’ll cover the cost of re-sending your first exchange. If you request additional exchanges on the same order, you’ll be responsible for the delivery cost.

Want to return them altogether?

If your shoes aren’t quite right, you’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to send them back for a full refund

Orders sent back after the return window has passed will be returned to the customer.

To qualify for a return or exchange, shoes must be:

  • Unworn (just tried on indoors is fine)
  • In original condition
  • Returned in their dust bag and protective packaging

Any item returned worn or damaged without prior notice will be rejected, and the return voided. Items not in resellable condition may be refused or destroyed.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method or obtaining proof of postage. We are not responsible for lost returns and cannot process refunds or exchanges for items we do not receive.

Partial Returns & Volume Discounts

If you bought multiple pairs using a bundle or quantity-based discount (e.g. 3+ pairs for a lower price) and return part of your order, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the new pricing tier based on how many pairs you’re keeping.

Example: If you received a discount for buying 3 pairs but return 1, we’ll recalculate your order total as if you had only bought 2 pairs, and refund the difference accordingly.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items. If any damage occurs in transit and was not reported beforehand, a partial refund may be issued to cover repair or cleaning costs.

If a product within a bundle is faulty or damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact support and return the full bundle.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected.

International Returns

We do not offer free returns for international orders. Any return shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

This includes returns to our UK warehouse from within the EU or elsewhere. You are responsible for correctly filling out customs forms and labelling your return as "returned goods" to avoid additional fees.

Returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties/taxes may be subject to a $20 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please email Info@mojo-footwear.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault
  • Clear photographic evidence

Do not return faulty items unless advised by our team. Unauthorised returns may cause delays or be rejected.

As per consumer rights law, we will replace any product found to be faulty up to 6 months after delivery, provided appropriate evidence is supplied.

Items returned as faulty that show signs of wear or damage without prior notice may be rejected and destroyed.

Out of Stock Items

If a product in your order is out of stock, we’ll work with you to find a suitable replacement of equal value. If no alternative is available, we’ll refund that item and ship the rest of your order as normal.

Refunds

We’ll process your refund to the original payment method once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Please allow up to 48 hours after receipt for this to be completed.

If your original order qualified for free shipping and your return drops the total below the free shipping threshold, we may deduct the delivery cost from your refund.

Refunds do not include any express shipping fees paid at checkout.
